28-DAY Full body alignment | Training starts on OCTOBER 26
28-DAY Full body alignment protocol | starts on OCT 26, 2026
Sitting through your day with more comfort.
Walking, bending, and getting out of bed with greater ease.
Returning to movement you enjoy with more confidence.
A posture that feels more balanced and coordinated.
More confidence standing naturally in photos.
A clearer understanding of how you hold and move your body.
For example, after an ankle injury, you may have developed a different way of loading that foot. Some habits can remain after healing. This is one possible movement pattern, not a diagnosis of your pain.
Pull one corner of a bedsheet and wrinkles appear elsewhere. Gaby uses this analogy to explain why BAT takes a whole-body view. It’s a teaching illustration; human pain and movement are more complex.

BAT is an educational movement programme, not medical treatment, physical therapy, or diagnosis. Consult your physician before beginning, particularly if you have persistent or severe pain or a recent injury.
Use the programme as an appropriate movement practice, and continue the care you need.
People join D28 with diverse goals: to move more comfortably, carry themselves with greater confidence, or develop a deeper awareness of their alignment. In fact, many participants report that improved alignment has helped ease the daily discomforts and pains caused by poor posture. Please notice BAT is an educational movement and alignment programme only. It is not medical treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise programme.
You can bring a posture or movement-confidence goal to the programme. Your photos and check-ins help you review your own experience. Natural asymmetry is common; looking uneven does not by itself mean your body is damaged.
We can’t promise that. The programme gives you a consistent practice and a record of how you respond. If you have ongoing pain, consult your physician about whether this movement programme is appropriate for you.
They are actual D28 participant comparisons supplied by BAT. They show individual visible posture differences, not a prediction of your result. Pain improvement needs to be understood from the participant’s own reported experience, not inferred from a photo.
Daily training usually takes less than 15 minutes. Allow additional time for lessons, your daily score, and required check-in photos or short videos. You must meet the specified deadlines to qualify for the completion refund.
No gym or anatomy background is needed. The programme is designed for home practice using things you already have. Follow the programme instructions for any specific setup.
You qualify for a one-on-one BAT alignment assessment after completing all programme requirements. A real BAT professional reviews your alignment and movement patterns. It is an educational movement assessment, not a medical diagnosis.
Your payment covers the 28-day training participation fee, giving you access to the content throughout this period. Please note that access is limited to these 28 days, and the content will not be available forever.
Complete every prescribed daily video and training, submit your daily score, upload required Day 0 and 28 media, and meet all specified deadlines. Missing a required day or submission means you will not qualify for the completion refund.
